About Me

Hi, My name’s Peter.

Since I left school and joined the military at 18 years old, I have had an interest in food and how it affects us. For years I bought ‘Mens Health’ magazine and found the nutrition sections grabbed my attention more than the other articles.

I was fascinated as to how foods could change not only our body’s weight, shape and size, but also our health, moods, and other mental attributes. Some people believe that astrology shapes our life. I am a firm believer of ’cause an effect.’ What you eat now, will affect how you look and feel in the future.

Food and drink can, and is, scientifically tested to measure such outcomes. Unfortunately the food and drug industry is so powerful in the US and other western civilization that we are being systematically conditioned, almost brainwashed into believing what is supposedly healthy for us.

Heart disease is still our No.1 killer and the laws of physics dictate that it will continue to be so, for as long as we continue to do, and eat, the food we are.

Changing ‘what’ food you eat and ‘how’ you eat it, is the only way to break this trend and what has led me to creating this website.

During my research I was sick and tired of visiting so-called ‘natural health’ sites that claim to be an authority on such matters, only to read the same mis-informed, regurgitated articles written using slightly different words.

I created this site because I want to share with you my research into how the food we eat effect our bodies, both inside and out. What foods are especially beneficial to us and what foods are potentially very harmful. Let me tell you now, some of the discoveries I’ve made have been nothing short of ‘life changing.’

These discoveries have changed not only my knowledge and opinion of food, but what I now eat, how I eat, and when I eat. My goal is to share with you what I know, through scientific/medical research and studies, and how it has improved my life, in the hope that you may benefit as I have.

Some of what you read on this site may actually go against your current understanding and beliefs of how food works and why you are not benefiting from so called ‘healthy’ foods the way you thought you were.
